We want you to love your Kacey Musgraves Official Store gear, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition merchandise and vinyl records must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
